Tracker Pro 2017 - Build 81 released

A new software build has been released today (build 81 - 26/01/2017) - which contains a number of enhancements.

 

Enhancements include the following:

1. Ability to use a hosted Azure service.

2. Bugfix to allow queries to use calculated fields.

3. Bugfix to resolve Call Log data object maxlength propertyname field.

4. Bugfix to resolve defaults for query backups and restore.

 

 

Customers can use the normal check  for updates process or alternatively login to the web portal and download the patch directly. 

Details of enhancements and bugfixes contained have been emailed to all users.

 

 

 

Tracker Pro 2017 - Build 80 released

A new software build has been released today (build 80 - 14/01/2017) - which contains a number of enhancements.

 

Enhancements include the following:

1. A bugfix to restore Device Kits functionality.

2. Optimisation of Custom Queries to speed up re-load and filter time.

3. Optimisation of Load Times in Main Modules to speed up operations. 

4. Additional features within Data Layout - Costings - allowing all Device and Device Type fields to be selected.

5. Customer creation changed to simplify account naming.

6. Enhancement of Word facility and template sharing.

7. Miscellaneous cumulative Bugfixes

Tracker Pro 2015 - Build 62 Released

A new software build has been released today - which contains the all new SMS feature plus a number of bug fixes.

The bugs are of an important nature and all users are recommended to apply this update.

 

Here are some details of those exciting SMS changes

Tracker Pro will send out an automated SMS message upon booking an entry into the diary,  with the customer asked to confirm acceptance by text.

Additionally, it will send out up to two further reminders at intervals of the users choosing to reduce no shows.

 

The same can be achieved for engineers (for emergency jobs for instance) and again the engineer is asked to confirm acceptance by text.

Tracker Pro then monitors all return messages from the customer and the engineer and indicates if confirmed or if a change has been requested etc.

Well,  you asked for unattended booking confirmation and now you have it.

SMS integration into Tracker Pro has been completed. It will allow you to book in jobs, automatically SMS your customer and verify the appointment acceptance via their SMS response without any customer contact shaving thousands from your admin bill. 

You have a visual flag to indicate all those verified appointments and those the user has suggested an alternative date for, allowing you to simply accept their suggestion moving the appointment.

Here are a few other planned features of the SMS add on.

  1. SMS Blast - send an SMS advert or communication  to a range of contacts
  2. Output to SMS - send reports by SMS link to your customers - just as easy as output to printer or output to email merge

 

The release date for this feature is 18th September 2015.

My Portal is complete

All our contracts have been migrated onto a new commerce platform.

Our customers can now access their own Portal where software can be download according to your subscriptions.

From here users will also be able to access the new helpdesk, check subscriptions, purchase SMS credits, view news items and much more.
