New To Do, Next Steps and Engineer Input Checks
A new engineer check has been added along with screens to keep your jobs flowing smoothly with minimum of fuss across Tracker Pro .
No Job or Appointment will ever be left in limbo and all users across the system will know what needs to happen next.
The subsequent actions required to keep a job moving are managed in the To Do module which has a set of new screens in the Admin Cloud App allowing you to quickly re-schedule a job or re-allocate the action to another Tracker Pro user triggering an alert on their device.
New alerts have been added to the Admin and Engineer Cloud Applications to alert users to any new actions they have been allocated.
Watch out for an Engineer Dashboard later this week alerting you to appointments that are incomplete and allowing reminders to be sent to your engineer quickly.
