Say it with pictures
A new Gallery feature has been added to both the Engineer and Admin Cloud Applications to allow multiple pictures complete with notes to be shared between the Administrator and Engineer then finally the Customer. The Updates can be sent easily to the Customer so they too can see all the job progress in pictures easily on the online Customer Web Application.
