Well what sort of a journey have we taken our really valuable customers on this year and where do we go next?

Lets explore!



Firstly Tracker Pro is now operating as a full Cloud Only Application from the ground up.

This means our customers have the flexibility of using our Application in a web browser however uniquely also in Windows and in Android and Apple native Applications.


Yes we cover all four platforms - don't be fooled by any sales pitch - that is the best situation and level of choice you can have as a discerning customer. Depending on circumstances, you can choose one, many or all platforms to achieve the most effective working model.


We have recently added a new "Say it with Pictures" Gallery to the engineering and admin cloud applications which has been met with great approval by our  customers. This will flow through to the customer cloud application with your customers being able to see the story of their updating and unfolding job progress in pictures using a no login single click link - now how about that for the  15 second attention grabbing demand from the current  millennial Instagram generation!


Last month, we added automatic job and time costing to the Cloud Application meaning that any engineer diary completion results in a fully priced and updated Jobsheet and Invoice without any back-office admin required. We also added the full range of reports to the Cloud Application with the ability to download, preview and email directly from it.


In February, we released native app updates to allow engineer location tracking within the Android and Apple applications. We also released enhanced Word specification templates and the facility for customers to receive quotations with an Accept now link, allowing signature and acceptance of quotes online to reduce conversion time and friction in the sales process.


In June, we launched a new website to better support our customers and  our new business model which has seen far higher numbers of cloud only users , immediate sign up and a better onboarding experience.


Looking at our Cloud application on the change log and in on our Blogs, you will see that almost every day recently there have been enhancements and updates daily, the most recent of these bringing the Installations to life.


At the beginning of this year, we added a free commercial gateway email service so our customers can simply select to use the Tracker Pro mail service for outgoing mail taking all the hassle out of email configuration and bypassing any archaic ISP restrictions.


Ok so that is just a fraction of the stuff we have done. I could write another ten paragraphs on other items as they are so numerous.

Now let’s talk about the journey in front and where we are all going together next.


We are listening to you;  that is the first thing to say and every request for change received gets our attention.



In the immediate and near future, we are further enhancing the Admin cloud dashboard responding to a recent request for the replacement of an office whiteboard so you can focus on customer service and engineer performance. In addition there will be Installation creation, keyholders, components and record updating plus installation specific gallery, automated subscription management will be added. As part of some immediate changes, we will allow contract acceptance to mirror the same facility we have in quotations so your customers can accept online with a single click.


By the end of this period, you will have fire and forget style management of your contracts, invoicing, payment and service scheduling automatically dealt with.


Shortly we will be adding online Word template creation, edit , design and rendering so you can create beautifully crafted word documents for your Quotations directly out of the Cloud Application  as part of the online acceptance, viewing and sales closure process. This facility already exists in the WIndows Application.


Stock Control and Requisitioning will be brought to life firstly in the Cloud Application in the next quarter then in the Windows platform.


More third party integration is happening with Free Agent going live this year, to compliment Xero, QuickBoooks and Sage Line 50. We are adding Stripe and Go Cardless payment integration. Additionally deep integration with Office 365 and Exchange server plus other mail services is scheduled to allow incoming and outgoing mail to be added to the workflow. Deep integration with an American supplier of services to the security industry will be brought to life.


Upon completion of this period's roadmap for the Cloud Applications, we are undertaking a refresh of the Windows interfaces.
