A new dashboard has been released on the Cloud Application showing False Activation, Proactive Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance & Complaints Statistics.
These are automatically recalculated and refreshed each night so there is no fuss or drama for the user.
Additionally, the recognised reports can be printed or emailed directly from this view, the calculations can be re-run right up to the immediate date and time should you wish to do that to reflect the most very recent data input. The results are displayed in a visually appealing set of graphs and grids for each measure.
