Automatic report emails on engineer cloud app released
A new feature has been released allowing any report to be automatically emailed on completion of a Job or completion of an Appointment.
This email is then compiled and despatched upon either of these events being triggered by the engineer in the engineer web application.
This can be setup to complete the task silently with just a notification to the engineer that the report has been sent or can flow to a preview screen so the engineer can preview, edit the covering message and press send should you wish the engineer to validate the content, report and details first.
A covering standard email message can be saved in the configuration and the email addresses it is to be sent to can be pre-determined as customer email address, installation email address and the office email address. BCC and CC additional email addresses can be setup as standard.
