A new engineer dashboard has been added to make understanding of engineer job completion, management of jobs & engineers and compliance to daily engineer standards really easy.
Performance across the day, week, month, last month and year to date by engineer can be seen easily at a glance with a drill down feature to view incomplete appointments and jobs where insufficient data has been supplied by the engineer to ensure it continues to flow correctly.
A simple icon to email all jobs for the attention of the engineer highlighting those to be completed and resolved and a drill down feature to see the problem jobs/appointments will be added later this week.
