TrackerPro Mobile contains optional location tracking functionality.
Location information is collected only while the application is actively being used (foreground operation). TrackerPro does not continuously monitor users when the application is closed or inactive.

• Record arrival and departure times.
• Maintain job history and audit trails.
• Calculate labour, travel time and mileage.
• Ensure accurate customer billing.
• Support dispute resolution.

Users may start and stop tracking and view their own tracking events.
Location information is not sold and is not used for advertising or marketing purposes.
Tracking events become part of the job history and audit records maintained within TrackerPro.

We employ appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption, secure communication protocols, firewalls, access controls and audit logging.

6. Data Retention

Financial records may be retained for a minimum of seven years. Licensing records and audit records may be retained longer where required.
